With contractual accountability for a project, ICCCC is responsible for all building elements including hiring the architect and subcontractors, controlling cost and quality, maintaining the project schedule, and completing the project from the design phase through construction and project turnover.

i- Labor housing (Saudi Oger)

International Construction, Consultation and Communications Company (ICCCC) developed the first labor housing city project in Aqaba. The project was developed on a BOT basis in agreement with Aqaba Development Company (ADC) to provide Saudi Oger employees working on Saraya Aqaba with comfortable housing. The comprehensive fully equipped housing city was established in less than 7 months on 36 dunums of land located in north of Al Shameyya Area.

  • The project cost 7 million JoD's, and it encompasses 26 buildings with a total built up area of 32,000 sqaure meter , accommodates 3,250 workers with a cost of JD 7 million.
  • Services include fully equipped apartments, restaurants, medical clinics, offices, storage space, security huts, information centers, kitchens and laundromats provided with the latest equipment, in addition to areas of greenery and car parks.
  • The project is linked to the public sewage network and has its own electricity converter. Solar energy is used to heat water.
